Brittani Orr

I am a licensed cosmetology professional who believes hair services can be both skillful and meaningful. Through my work with Shared Kindness, I provide hair care while showing up consistently in my community with professionalism, respect, and care. This experience has strengthened my ability to connect with clients from all backgrounds while maintaining high standards of service and reliability.

My work in the community has taught me the importance of clear communication, punctuality, cleanliness, and creating a calm, welcoming environment for every client. I understand that trust is built through consistency, and I take pride in being dependable, prepared, and attentive in every setting I work in.

Beautista aligns naturally with the work I am already doing—connecting professionals with clients who value quality service and professionalism. Applying for the Paul Perrott opportunity feels like a meaningful next step, as it allows me to continue serving clients while growing within a structured, client-centered environment. I am excited to bring my experience, work ethic, and community-based approach to a team and platform that values both skill and integrity.
