Level 4 Stylist/Educator at the Vault Hair Lounge, based out of Snohomish, Washington. After graduating from Gene Juarez Academy in 2021, I joined the Vault team and have been there ever since. I took continuing education whenever possible, which I believe helped me realize the direction I see my career headed and my love for helping other stylists. My goal is to be able to join the Redken Team, continue learning, and sharing what I'm passionate about with other talented artists! I enjoy customizing lived in blondes, blonding, custom colors and extensions.

Letters of Recommendation:
To whom it may concern;
Brittany Zelaya is one of our most valued employees. As a Summit Salon, our stylists work on a level system earning promotions based on set goals Brittany has excelled at this, she actually jumped two levels in a years time! Brittany, since her start with The Vault Hair Lounge in 2020, has been the epitome of a team player and employee. She is always willing to jump in and help. On more than one occasion she has offered to come in, outside of her schedule, to take care of a guest when a stylist called out, or a special situation required it. As a senior stylist in our salon company Brittany is now an educator, working with an associate to share her knowledge and mentor them. She is always open to help assist her colleagues whenever needed. Brittany shares her knowledge, and goes to the cosmetology schools to educate and recruit future stylists. She has an outstanding attendance record and wonderful work ethic. In addition to being a kind, compassionate, trustworthy human, I believe Brittany would be a valuable asset to the Redken education team due to all the other above mentioned qualities!
Sincerely yours,
Nicole Martin Co-Owner

To whom it may concern,
My name is Angela Mahlman. I am one of the owners of The Vault Hair Lounge. I am composing this letter of recommendation for Brittany Zelaya. Brittany’s goal is to join your Redken education program and become an educator. Over the years of working for our company Brittany has exhibited not only great work ethic, is driven, reliable, artistic, has high integrity and always is eager to assist and share her knowledge with others. I myself have been in the industry since 1996. I was an educator for Gene Juarez Advanced training salon and have trained hundreds of stylists. I knew almost instantly that she had the heart of an educator and that this would eventually be Brittany‘s path. We are very excited for her and hope she will have that opportunity with Redken. She is open to feedback and always try’s to better her best. She has amazing acumen and I am confident that you will, as we did, see all the gifts and attributes that she has to offer. Please feel free to reach out if you need any further information.

To whom it may concern,
I have spent the last few months studying under Brittany. She has fueled me with much education, while also building my confidence to be a stylist. She spent every day of my training helping me grow and feel more confident, consistently training me to learn more. It didn't matter if it was color theory or lightening placement I was slacking on, she always gave me the training, knowledge and confidence to help me believe I could do it. I have spent a lot of time between school and internships attempting to learn, however I have never had an educator that built me up and taught me as much in the period of time as she has. Training under Brittany has shown me how to pursue what I want to do while continuing to help with anything I am unsure of.
Sincerely,
Raven Nee
