I am self-driven and a natural trendsetter who has always had a love for beauty and fashion. For as long as I can remember I have been into beauty and it is something that has always come natural to me. Making people feel good about themselves and their skin brings me joy. Because of this, I received my makeup license right out of High School before attending the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising for college. During the duration of school, I enjoyed doing people’s makeup as well as getting to know the different face shapes and types of skin. Once I received my Bachelors degree, I became an entrepreneur and started my own swimwear business, Jilaine Swim, from the ground up. Nevertheless, at this time, I have decided to start a new career path. Given my past experience and my love for beauty, I feel that becoming an esthetician would be a great fit for my future. A career that will always be needed and one that can combine my talent and passion for helping others.
