With over 27 years in the professional beauty industry, I have built my career on leadership, education and relationship building, and helping salons grow profitable sustainable business. From becoming a salon owner at just 21 years earning recognition as a Presidents Club achiever, my journey reflects resilience, passion and a deep understanding of the salon industry from every angle. 

I began my career behind the chair before transitioning to salon ownership, where I quickly learned the balance between creativity and building a successful business. After over comming challenges early in my career, I have expanded my impact by working in professional beauty distribution, partnering with salon owners and stylist to develope stronger retail strategies, team culture, education programs, and long-term growth plans.

Currently serving as a Strategic Account Manager with Salon Centric, specialize in business development, salon coaching, education strategy, promotions and leadership development. 

I am very passionate about helping salons create system that support both profitablitly and stylist success while elevating the guest experiance. Known for my authentic leadership style and stategic mindset, and ability to connect deeply with people, I believe true success comes from empowering others to grow with confidence,
