Capitol Floats is Northern California's top wellness center, established in 2016 and proud to have completed over 100,000 floats across two locations in Auburn and Sacramento. We offer a sanctuary for deep rest and recovery through float therapy in private, warm, salt-rich suites filled with 1,000 pounds of Epsom salt. Beyond floating, we provide Fire & Ice (traditional high-heat steam sauna and cold plunge), infrared sauna, massage, and Somadome meditation pods. With a 4.9 average rating and a welcoming, clean environment, our mission is simple: help you find your way to rest. Every visit ends with complimentary tea in our lounge — because your experience doesn't stop when the float does.
