Hi guys my names Celeste Perez and im passionate about festival hair & braids, vibrant colors, color melts, and balayage. I really enjoy getting to express myself in my work and social media outlets. I was inspired by many instagram color specialists that I continuously watched for a couple years. One of my biggest goals in the beauty industry is to make it onto the One shot behind the chair awards. Im very proud of my work and im always wanting to learn new stuff.
