Chandra Parker

I am a licensed Esthetician and Esthetic Instructor with a strong foundation in both clinical skincare and beauty education. My journey in esthetics began with formal training that led to licensure in Basic Esthetics and Esthetic Instruction, allowing me to grow both behind the treatment table and in the classroom.

I have worked in fast-paced spa environments where I regularly performed 80–100 services per month, focusing on corrective and results-driven facials. That experience strengthened not only my technical skills, but also my ability to truly listen to clients, understand their concerns, and create thoughtful, customized treatment plans.

Serving as an Esthetics Instructor at Aveda Arts Institute was a meaningful extension of my career. In that role, I guided students through hands-on clinical training, supported their preparation for state board requirements, and encouraged them to develop confidence in their craft. Teaching allowed me to combine structure with mentorship, and I value creating learning environments that are both professional and supportive.

My professional background also includes experience in retail management, sales, and brand representation, including freelance work with Benefit Cosmetics and Perricone MD. These roles strengthened my understanding of product education, client communication, and the importance of delivering service with intention and care.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, which has further shaped my approach to leadership, operations, and service excellence within the beauty industry.

At the core of my career is a genuine passion for esthetics, education, and helping others grow — whether that’s through skincare treatments or professional development.
