My name is Chantel Bumgarner I am from Wyanet Illinois. My first language is sign language and English is my second. My mom, brother, step dad, and step mom are all deaf. My dad is hard of hearing. My oldest brother has a low functioning form of autism. I love the outdoors and recently have been going to the gym. My main focus is waxing, nails, vivid color, facials, and I would love to do head spas.
