About me
Hello! My name is Chelsey Nixon. I have an Amazing husband and two children! My family is my everything. Everything I do I do for my family! I have 4 dogs whom I love heart and soul they are my bonus children! I attend Paul Mitchell the school Springfield and I currently am in the phase 2 program. My dream job would to be able to travel and do hair but working in a salon or owning my own salon is the ideal goal first. I really enjoy reading books, cooking as I'm always baking and whipping up some kind of feast! I am a firm believer of always doing the right thing even when nobody is around. I always challenge myself because without challenges I don't have any room to grow. I'm a huge binge watcher or anything that catches my attention. I enjoy drawing, writing, anything with my hands really. I would love to create my own line of something I'm just not sure what that is yet! I have a lot of big dreams and goals! I love doing hair and makeup! I really enjoy transforming clients into something they really feel beautiful in! I really aim to please my clients and try my hardest every single time to over deliver!

Why I'm here
I am here because doing hair and makeup gives light in my life! It gives me something I can look forward too but also lets me put light into others life as well. There is nothing like turning your client around after doing their hair and makeup and just watching their smile beam off their face. That smile and that happiness is why I do what I do. I enjoy everything about this industry and the more I can learn means that much more to my success. Hard work definitely pays off but I'm willing to do what it takes to make my future successful.
