My passion for hair an makeup has to come from my mother. Ever since i was a little girl I loved to watch my mom get ready. I use to sit on her bed and just watch her do her hair and makeup for hours. She wasn‘t getting ready for some special event but instead it was how she started every day.At the age of 13 i started cutting out makeup looks from cosmopolitian and taped them to my walls in my bathroom. I would have to say my grandmother was another huge influence on me when it comes to hair. She was a hair dresser an i remember people always coming to her to get their hair straightened. When i was 26 i wanted a change in my life. I decided to follow what i loved an went to school for esthetics. An now several years later i am finally at a point in my life where i can follow my full dream. I would love nothing more than to work in a well established salon. I hope to be with someone who cares about hair and will help me to grow even more. I never knew what it felt like to do something and it not be work. I would have to say that the most rewarding feeling is when you make some one feel so beautiful. When they love your work and love how they look. To be able to take what some one imagines and turn it into their reality.i have gotten to look over my sisters shoulder as she assisted and then managed a salon to now being an owner . I know what it takes to be behind the scenes and learn from someone that has an amazing amount of experience .

Being a hair stylist, as Tabatha Coffey has put it, is more than just about hair. It is about making personal connections with your clients. Helping them through life’s trial and celebrating life’s achievements. It’s about helping the ladies and gentleman who sit in your chair find their beauty, inside and out. It’s an industry that helps you grow as person, as an artist and with some blood, sweat and tears a thriving business professional.
