About me
Hi! My name is Chris Aukes. I am a cosmetology student at PCI Academy. I was originally a student at Iowa State, studying therapy and social work. During my time with the University, I created and published a 15 episode docu-series released to over 28,000 students, faculty, and staff, making me excellent with social media and marketing. Now, I have found a passion in alternative hair. I want to specialize in alternative cuts and colors, specifically vivids. I am a team player who loves helping others feel beautiful, and I bring so much positivity to the table. I would be a great fit for your salon!

Why I'm here
I'm here because I have finally found my passion. When I was younger, I always struggled with the big question: "what do you want to do when you grow up?" Now that I've found PCI, I finally know the answer. I want to help my clients see their true beauty, and feel more confident in themselves.
