From technical education to leadership development and KPI-driven performance coaching, my focus is on building guest-centric cultures that produce confident stylists and measurable results.

As an Education Manager with Dessange North America, I design and facilitate training programs that build confident, skilled stylists while supporting real salon growth. I’m passionate about developing talent, strengthening teams, and helping stylists see the long-term potential in their careers—because when we invest in people, everything else follows.
