CJ Brashear

My name is CJ and I started my hair journey in 2007 with Aveda Institute. I worked for 8 years behind the chair in St Pete and when my family decided they wanted a mountain life I moved to Atlanta to be closer to their new home. I worked for the world renowned Van Michael Salon on West Paces Feery Rd. in Buckhead who just celebrated their salons 40th anniversary. Their 8 locations are a highly trafficked staple in the Atlanta communities they chose to open in due totgwie superior in salon training system. I worked for the in salon color education team and also Aveda Purefessional For 3 years before moving to Florida. I have taken advanced education from Tigi, Vidal Sassoon, Martin Parsons (cutting and styling), Beth Minardi, Behind The Chair color show attendee for the first 5 years, Sam Villa from Redken. I'm always looking to see how each brand explains it to their stylists as I find each one has a helpful tip or trick the other didn't. I currently work with Davines, Peter Coppola, Bellami & HotHeads extensions and have prior experience with Redken Fusion and Shades, Organic Color Systems, L'oréal Inoa & Dia L&R, Pulp Riot, Goldwell, Kerastase, Neuma, Wella, and Aveda.
