Unlike infrared or steam alternatives, the studio delivers authentic dry heat at 160–200°F paired with cold plunge therapy for a true recovery experience. The facility features six private reservation-only sauna suites, a community sauna accommodating up to 15 guests, four individual cold plunge stations, and one large community plunge built for 8–10 people — the only one of its scale in the DFW area.
