I took the leap into the cosmetology world after over a decade of hair and makeup being a hobby of mine. My family always urged me to do what you love in life and you'll never feel its work. After uprooting my life to Arizona in the spring of 2021, I began to really ask myself what I saw myself doing career wise the rest of my life. I do have a degree in Culinary arts in which I spent over seven happy years in, however there was always something missing for me through my career. I used hair and makeup as an escape, these things peeked my interest for over a decade and I found myself submerging my free time in learning hair and makeup techniques. I've decided to take the plunge and make this my everyday career and I am so glad that I did. For the first time in a very long time I feel genuine joy and excitement for the future to come and a love for what I get to do in school. I cannot wait to continue to grow, learn, and develope further in this field.
