Collin Rene Tompulis

Hi! I’m Collin Rene, a hairstylist, salon educator, and overall creative who loves pushing limits (and helping other people push theirs, too). I’m obsessed with teaching, modern art, good music, and anything that lets me express myself. When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll probably find me tending to my plants, cooking something cozy, or getting a workout in.

In just two years at my Summit Salon, I grew faster than I ever expected; two level jumps, a loyal, steady clientele, and a whole lot of learning along the way. I’m big on honesty and believe blunt, constructive feedback is one of the best gifts you can give someone.

A huge part of why I teach is because I want to inspire other stylists (especially newer artists) to trust their instincts, take risks, and build confidence in their craft. Watching someone have that “ohhhh I get it now” moment is genuinely one of my favorite parts of this career.
