Cortnie Mccleary:
A dedicated salon owner, hairstylist, and Redken Artist, I have built my career on education, artistry, and community. My advanced understanding of color, textured-hair techniques, and the science behind every product she uses sets me apart, but it’s my ability to mentor and uplift others that truly defines me. I lead with passion, purpose, and an unwavering belief in seeing everyone win. Whether guiding my team or collaborating with other professionals, I pour into the people around me and inspire growth at every level.

Why I'm here
I am here seeking the opportunity for the Redken artist Mentorship program in Hair Color.
I became a Redken Artist because I was inspired by the passion and energy of the educators who came before me, and in that moment, I knew I wanted to lead and inspire other stylists the same way. I connect with attendees by being relatable and true to who I am, and I’m committed to never stopping my growth. I don’t know everything—but I’m driven to learn as much as I can. This mentorship is another step that will help me keep raising the bar, both personally and professionally.
