About me
Hey everyone!
My name is Cory Jamison, and I’m proud to be a student at Hair Lab Detroit Barber School. Before pursuing barbering, I spent 9–10 years honing my skills in roofing and remodeling, working in Michigan and Florida.
Outside of school, I’m always up for an adventure! I’m a bit of an adrenaline junkie—I love traveling, being spontaneous, and going with the flow. But don’t get me wrong, I also enjoy kicking back and relaxing.
When I’m not chasing excitement, you’ll probably find me fishing or spending time with my two dogs. I’m passionate about learning, growing, and taking on new challenges, and I’m excited to be a part of this competition. Let’s go!

I’m here to build meaningful connections, meet inspiring people, and learn as much as I can along the way. I’ve always been known as a “sponge” because I love soaking up new knowledge and experiences. Participating in this competition feels like a stepping stone toward achieving dreams I’ve only imagined.
