Get used to being uncomfortable, that’s where growth lives.
Get used to being uncomfortable, that’s where growth lives.

I’ve spent the last 31 years at the intersection of artistry and business. As a salon owner for 25 of those years, I didn’t just manage a team—I built a culture that survived every trend and economic shift thrown our way. I’ve learned that real business development isn't just about spreadsheets; it’s about the ability to lean into uncomfortable situations and come out the other side with a smarter strategy.
My specialty is seeing the 'big picture' without losing sight of the details that drive revenue. From launching new educational programs to navigating major brand pivots, I’m at my best when I’m creating paths for growth. I’m looking to bring that same grit, adaptability, and 25+ years of 'boots-on-the-ground' ownership experience to new opportunities.

Thirty-one years in beauty has taught me that failure is just a masterclass in growth. I’m here because my passion for this industry is matched only by my desire to see it evolve. By blending decades of salon ownership with a heart for mentorship, I aim to be of service to the professionals and the business models that drive our industry forward.
