Cynthia Meadows is a nationally recognized hairstylist, salon owner, beauty educator with more than 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. As the Founder and CEO of Abliss Studios in Jacksonville, Florida, she has built an award-winning salon known for healthy hair transformations.

Throughout her career, Cynthia’s work has been featured in more than 50 national publications, including Essence and Black Hair Magazine. She has appeared on national television, worked on editorial campaigns, served as a Beauty Editor for Sheen Magazine for five years, and has been featured on multiple magazine covers.

Beyond the salon, Cynthia is passionate about education and empowering beauty professionals. She has coached and mentored more than 80 beauty professionals and brands, helping them grow profitable businesses, strengthen their leadership skills, and create sustainable success. Her expertise spans healthy hair care, textured hair, salon operations, business development, branding, and client experience.
