Born in Kansas City, Missouri, #5 of 6 girls, lover of hair from an early age. I can remember as a child taking our Sundays best "tights"and putting the waistband on my youngest sisters head and twisting the leg portions into ponytails and updos; 30yrs later I'm still twisting, tying, curling, & pinning up; only difference is now I'm doing it with real hair.

I started out as a nail tech in a full service salon, which caused the salon owner to notice my gift of hairstyling, she then coached and mentored me to go back to school for Cosmetology.....I went on to own a salon, however, in the salon I found myself "teaching" younger stylists how to cut, and formulate haircolor, which prompted me to go back to cosmetology school to earn and receive my Instructors license, where I taught and then Managed the same cosmetology school which I graduated from. Several years later relocated to Frisco TX and The rest is history.
