Danielle Martini

Hey there! I'm Danielle Martini, or Dani for short. Hair is where my heart is and always has been!

I was able to enjoy opportunities in my past with my business management degree but Hair was always what I wanted. After managing commodities trading, Wedding Coordinating and Planning and Hotel management, I finally made the move to do what I love most - Hair!

Once I started my hair journey I met an amazing woman who is a Redken Colorist and Master Stylist. She took me under her wing and taught me things I would have never imagined. She opened my eyes to Redken and everything they have to offer. I have now worked by her side for the past 8 years and have soaked in every ounce of wisdom from her 33 years of experience as a Redken Colorist! She gave me the opportunity to go to the Redken Symposium in Las Vegas and it changed my life! I knew this is where I'm supposed to be and where I want to grow. 

I feel confident with my background and experience, having the opportunity to help other Stylists grow their knowledge and help guide them to success! Being an Educator has always been something I've wanted to do since I was young along with doing hair. Education would be the cherry on top for my career and passion for this industry!
