About Me!
I am currently living in Calabash, NC. I am hardworking, very diligent, and I am always open to learning and growing as a whole. When you learn, and invest in your knowledge every aspect of your life is impacted. Starting my own salon in an unknown area was a task. But with alot of hardwork and determination I made it happen. I am the type of person that it I want something bad enough, I will do whatever is neccessary to succeed.
I have been married for 25 years to a very supportive, loving husband. We have a beautiful 21 year old daughter who currently lives in Charlotte, NC who opened her own salon at 19.
I started my career in the suburbs outside of Philadelphia, where I worked in a large Redken salon. I was an assistant for 5 years, putting my time in, working hard, continuing the in-house Redken training, and then I received my own chair. I worked there for many years, and learned alot. Then my husband received a job offering in North Carolina. So we decided to make the move.
We moved to North Carolina and I opened my own salon, Bella Capelli Salon. I am still currently the owner of the salon. I am a single-stylist salon. I like the one on one time I have with my clients and they enjoy it too! I like to give my client 100% of my attention. I create a safe place where my clients can be themselves, have a great experience, earn their trust, and build a repertoire with them. I also love having my own salon which gives me the opportunity to control my own schedule which allows me more time to pursue my future dreams.

What is my WHY?
I am looking to expand my career to the next level. I have been working as a stylist for 25 years and want to work to become a Educator/Artist. I am continuously furthering my education, knowledge of current trends, new products, and new techniques. I would love to share my passion of teaching to others. I love to do hair. When I go to work I don't think of it as a job because what I do is my passion! I would love to educate others or be in a position where I can grow with a brand and evenually be an artist someday.
