Dcompress Downtown is a woman-owned, independent wellness studio nestled in Little Italy, San Diego, serving the community since 2009. We believe great bodywork is personal — we're not a chain, not a clinical office, but the comfortable spot in between where you get serious relief and real relationships. Our skilled team offers therapeutic massage, hot stone, Ashiatsu, couples escapes, Reiki energy healing, skin care, and our cult-favorite Pink Floyd Experience. We accept HSA and FSA cards and provide receipts for insurance reimbursement. Our free membership makes regular self-care genuinely affordable, because feeling good shouldn't be a once-a-year luxury.
