Deborah Hartfield

My earliest memories are of my passion for hair. With age that passion has grown. A lot of challenges have come my way. These challenges have served me, making me diligent and determined. When I make mistakes, I get back up, take responsibility, and start again. I understand that taking small steadfast steps in the right direction leads to big things. If I am called to something, I don't give up on becoming the best I can be. I also know that my best can become better. For me, this is a holistic approach. I understand that every person who sits in my chair is a gift and I love cocreating with them. I want to create something that speaks to their highest ideal of who they can be. Hair is a fabulous opportunity to re-create ourselves anew. It is my goal to give every client the best haircut they have ever had, to see their face light up as they see in themselves the beauty and potential that I saw when they sat down. I understand the value of this gift and I lean in and give my best every day. Hairstylist have the power to do change the world for the better one haircut at a time. I live by this.
