Delecia Holmes is a cosmetology student on a quest to being a licensed Cosmetologist. She attends Northeast Texas Community College in Mt. Pleasant, TX. I have a passion for natural textred hair, but am willing and able to cater to all hair textures. While in school I'm also a travel braider and own "The Knotless Babe" where we cater to All thinks Knotless Braids.
