I am the founder of Intrinsic Beauty International Academy and DKRaye International Salon Studios, where I believe beauty is more than appearance—it is discipline, self-worth, and transformation. With a passion for education and excellence, I create spaces where creativity meets structure, and where aspiring professionals are taught not only how to master their craft, but how to lead with integrity and intention. My mission is to elevate the beauty industry by cultivating confident artists who understand their value, walk in purpose, and use their gifts to impact their communities.
