The motivation behind my journey into cosmetology school stems from a lifelong passion for hair, which has been a part of me since I can remember. From early on, I've been the go-to hair stylist.

Reflecting on my childhood, I remember my mom styling my hair in pigtails daily or relaxing it for special occasions. As a child, I LOVED the sleekness of my hair and finally not having my hair in pigtails and having my relaxed hair blow in the wind. However, as I grew up and learned more about haircare, I learned that beautiful hair doesn't always mean healthy hair. With this newfound understanding, I began prioritizing the health of my hair, and in doing so, my curls blossomed beautifully. Since then, I've embraced my natural curls wholeheartedly, never once looking back. This personal experience has fueled my desire to want to specialize in curly hair care. My ultimate goal is to empower people with curly hair to embrace and love their natural texture while equipping them with the knowledge and skills to properly care for and manage it. 

Through my journey in cosmetology school, I aspire to become an expert in curly hair care, sharing my expertise and spreading confidence one curl at a time.
