About me
My name is Dominica Petrone (Dom) and I’m a current student at Aveda institute Tampa Bay. I am currently enrolled in the schools barber program. I am a Cosmotology graduate. I am always willing to learn more from others and I consider myself to be a very emphatic person. I give my all in everything I do especially my work. People would describe me as a unique and creative woman, and I hold those truths close to me. I’m a fun person to be around and love getting the chance to work with other creative minds!

Why I'm here
I’ve always had an interest in the arts; whether it be dance, painting, or in this case, hair and makeup. I feel as if I can express myself through this platform. I danced competitively for 7 years and coached a dance team for 3 years after I graduated high school. Earlier in 2020, I decided to take my creative path a different route and enrolled in AITB! From there I’ve met countless beautiful souls who help nourish my mind everyday and have found a new passion of mine! Our job as cosmetologists is to make our clients feel more beautiful and confident than before they came in, and I’m so grateful I have the opportunity to do that everyday,
