Eliani Teran

Ever since I was young I have always wanted to help people in some way. I wanted to be able to make a positive impact in people's lives and spread positivity and joy. It took me a long time to connect that to practicing cosmetology. I was working long, exhausting serving shifts in a chain restaurant as a server, i was at a standstill in life not really sure what I wanted to do with my future when I finally found my passion. I had a couple of coworkers who were currently emrolled in Cosmetology schools. Throughout the course of several conversations with them it started to open my eyes to the world of cosmetology. I reflected back on my life and realized I've always loved doing hairstyles on friends and just playing with hair and creating different styles. I realized cosmetology would be a perfect fit for me because I would be able to express my creativity and passion throughout my practice. And more so I would be able to help others feel confident and love themselves through their hair.
