About me
Hey there beautiful! My name is Elizabeth Burt, however, I go by Lizzie. I am currently an esthetics student at Summit Salon Academy in Tacoma, WA. I am absolutely LOVING everything that I have learned and can't wait to learn more. I love the before and after you see and how peoples confidence grows. After school I plan to open my own business starting as a mobile esthetician while I attend cosmetology school. Once I have earned both my licenses I plan to find a small space to set up shop and let people come to me as well. I hope to see you in my treatment room or hair chair someday!

Why I'm here
It has taken me a long time to get to where I am now. I originally attempted to go to college to be a marine biologist and mechanical engineer. However, I quickly realized that college was not my thing. I hit a rough part in my mental health and found an outlet for it through crafits, skincare, and makeup. I eventually decided that I enjoyed not only doing skincare and makeup on myself but also friends and family. Some of them even began encouraging me to pursue this career path. So as I looked into schools and what went into this career I realized this is what I wanted! So here I am. Learning what I need to do fufill my dreams!
