About me
I’m Lizzie Elsasser, a cosmetology student who’s always loved doing hair—from learning new braids to curling styles and getting excited over fresh highlights. Some of my favorite memories are from when my friends and I would braid each other’s hair just for fun. Now, I’m turning that passion into a career, with a special love for color and facials. I plan to open my own modern, beige-toned, aesthetic salon in Florida someday—a place full of opportunity, warmth, and diversity, where I can help people feel confident and beautiful, just like my own hairstylist inspired me.

Why I'm here
I’m here because I’ve always loved doing hair and making people feel good about themselves. Cosmetology has not only helped me grow my skills, but it’s also helped me come out of my shell and feel more confident talking to people. Being in this program has shown me that this is exactly what I’m meant to do, and I’m excited to keep learning and working toward opening my own salon one day.
