I have vast experience in customer service, with over 7 years of face-to-face customer interactions. This has made for a wide variety of customer service skills- including sufficient professional phone calls, front desk management, communication with clients and customers in a positive manner, cash register operations, patience and adaptability, and excellent communication and listening skills. I am experienced in hair care and client relations, looking to utilize these proven skills to effectively fill a cosmetologist position.
