About me
Hello, my name is Emerald Fairman and I am currently attending the Aveda Insitute of Orlando. At an early age, I started to express an interest in styling my own hair. When I was 7 years old, I died my hair for the first time and I felt such a rush seeing a 'new me' in the mirror. As I got older, I started to experiment and get creative with different colors in my hair and each time, I felt a renewed sense of confidence. I am a hardworking, dedicated and dependable individual that is looking to further my experience and expand my portfolio.
Education
Why I'm here
I have been a student at Aveda for 9 months and in this short period, I have become a top colorists amongst my peers. In addition, my work has been featured on Aveda's social media accounts multiple times. A previous educator has also granted me the privilege to teach color theory to incoming students on 5 occasions now, which has led to the barber department asking for my advice on color numerous times. My goal is to use that techniques I have learned in order to bring confidence to each individual that sits in my chair.
