Emerald Pham

My name is Emerald Pham, and my journey into the hair industry started later in life after a traumatic experience on my wedding day. That moment made me realize my passion for ensuring no bride—or client—ever goes through what I did.

With a strong background in customer service, I’ve always prioritized making clients feel valued and confident. Hair care came naturally to me, as I love consulting with my clients, understanding their needs, and helping them achieve their hair goals in a way that fits their lifestyle.

I earned my cosmetology license just before COVID and was fortunate to gain valuable experience before branching out on my own. Now, as a salon owner for over four years, I’ve learned countless lessons about the industry—the dos, the don’ts, and the ever-evolving nature of beauty and haircare.

Through my journey, I’ve discovered a true passion for education. I love sharing my knowledge with peers and the next generation of stylists, from tried-and-true techniques to new trends that can elevate our work. I believe we all have the ability to grow, innovate, and achieve anything we set our minds to—and I’m excited to be a part of that journey for others.
