About me
Hi! I'm Emilie, I'm an experienced retail manager looking to expand into reception and front desk management.
In my free time you'll most likely find me hanging out with my cats, or tending to my ever growing collection of houseplants. I like to spend lots of time outside; either hiking, rollerblading, or in a creek if it's warm. Otherwise I'm probably at a thrift store somewhere or a coffee shop.
At work I'm a strong leader and problem solver. I love a difficult situation and the busy buzz of a full shop. I'm dedicated to my work and people are my number one priority, whether it's customers or other employees.

Why I'm here
As I mentioned above I'm looking to switch career paths and grew fond of the administrative side of retail in my time working for Lush and Zumiez. I'm a very organized person that loves to create schedules, spreadsheets, and have a hand in the back end of how businesses run.
Little Broken Things seems like a group of folks that care about each other and giving their customers the best experience, two things that I feel are the most important to having a good business and great employees. Culture in a job is huge part of what makes a job enjoyable, as well as creating a great experience for the customer.
