About me
I am 20 years old . I have always had a passion for hair since I was 10. At 10 years old I taught myself how to braid and do tons of updos. When I was in middle school I used to braid all the girls hair in the morning before we had to go to class. I could've made a lot of money but I didn't think of that at the time. I also taught myself how to cut my own hair went I was in the 9th grade. I had to teach myself this because my mom messed up my hair when she tried to cut it. I also used to do karate, I did that for about 12 years before I quite right before my junior year of high school. So karate always gave me a reason to try new sporty updos to keep my hair up. I have taught myself lots of diffent things before coming to school but coming to school has made me realize how much I like doing hair and making people happy.

So before I applied for Paul Mitchell Tampa I didn't even think about coming to hair school. At first my plan after high school was to stay with Publix and move up in management like my brother and get my business degree. I honestly didn't really want to go to college I wanted to do something hands on but I would of never thought of hair school. So I graduated class of 2020 so when I got out of school it was in March because of COVID and I had to finish school online. So at that time I didn't know what I wanted to do. So one day when I was cutting my brothers hair and he had a friend over they asked me what I was gonna do I told them I had no idea and that's when they both convinced me to go to hair school. So I talked to my parents about it and we looked up schools around and I picked Paul Mitchell because I knew the area, was close to my house and had great ratings.
