About me
My name is Emily, welcome to my portfolio!
I'm currently a cosmetology student at Douglas J Aveda Institute in East Lansing Michigan. I'm 4 months into my program and so far I've enjoyed learning about color and formulations over anything else. Before I started school I had my heart set on becoming a blonding and extension specialist, I knew Exactly what I wanted to do and still have the same goals. I'm Very goal oriented and I know what I want in life. My first goal is to finish cosmetology school and continue on to get my cosmetology license. After that I plan on Assisting at a Salon for a year in hopes of learning and practicing as many new skills as I possibly can. In that year span, I will obtaining my Bellami Hair extension certification. I can't wait to find a salon that matches my vibe! I'm so excited for this new chapter in my life.
