Emily Schroeder

Hello! As you may have already seen, my name is Emily Schroeder (she/her/hers). I am a 20 year old Cosmo student from the Twin Cities. I have always had a passion for the beauty industry, specifically hair, but after years of discovering I have a passion for a multitude of fields, I have come to realize cosmetology is my calling. I have worked as a manager in retail, teaching me the ins and outs of sales and business. I have worked in customer service oriented jobs since the age of 14. I worked as a marketing specialist for a small buisness, teaching me all that marketing has to offer. I attended one year at a 4 year university, focusing my studies on chemistry and biology. While I had a passion for all of these things, my heart was always pulled towards the beauty industry. It wasn't until I worked with a salon owner that I realized cosmetology is a combination of everything I love. I am someone who has a never ending passion for learning and growth, and that is exactly what cosmetology has to offer. I bring an open mind, positive attitude, and hard working mentality to every opportunity presented to me.
