Howdy! I'm Emily. I'm a hairstylist living in Denton, Texas. I have a passion for hair health and customer service. I love creating vivids colors and fun cuts while focusing on the health of your hair. 

I've learned a lot over the years about customer service, training, and inventory. With over 10 years in cosmetic retail, I've mastered customer interactions from building rapport at the door all the way to sending them home with a smile. Those experiences have helped me to be thorough yet concise in consultations leading to customers feeling safe and confident we're on the same page.

While working at Lush cosmetics, I learned about hair and scalp health, natural ingredients, and safe synthetics. During my time there, I became the store trainer to learn more and pass that knowlegde on while building on my customer service skills. I call myself nosey because I'm a "why?" kind of person. I always want to learn more, especially if someone has a question I can't yet answer.
