Emma Alsip

Hello! My name is Emma Alsip. I am currently a student at Aveda Fredric Institute in West Chester. I graduate in March of 2023. My passion has always been geared towards beauty and hair. When I was a little girl I would always cut and play with my American girl dolls hair. As I got older, my mom taught me how to braid. Braiding hair and doing all sorts of hairstyles was always my hidden talent. After practing on my dolls hair, I evenutally moved to my sisters hair. After that, I was the girl who braided my teemates hair for both softball and cheer. Now I style my sister and her friends hair for all sorts of occasions like school dances. Here I am years later finally pursuing my dreams and showing my hidden talent to others. I want to make a difference in beauty. I want to get up everyday and make someone feel beautiful on the outside because every women desveres to feel and look beautiful. I love spending every day doing what my little, child self dreamed of. It is almost like getting to relive my childhood all over again, except now I get to create beauty all around me in people's real lives.
