Jake and Erin Poindexter are a husband and wife team. Erin, a licensed Cosmetologist, graduated in 2012 from the Aveda Institute of Des Moines and Jake, a licensed Barber, graduated from the American College of Hairstyling in 2019. The Poindexter's currently rent chairs inside Aviva Salon in the Historic East Village of Des Moines, Iowa. They decided to go into business together because of their passion for art and family.
