- My Name is Essence U’Nique and if you ask people that know me to describe me as a person ALL of them would say I have that mama personality , lol . I am very warm hearted…loving.. and I am very much people and family orientated. I’m usually the person everyone comes to when they need a listening ear or advice . I am very ambitious and self motivated… so when I get my esthetics license don’t be surprised if you see me on somebody billboard or the TV screen for opening up the one of the best salons in Houston ! 😘

Why I'm here
In today’s day and age, One if the fastest growing industries is the beauty and cosmetics productions. Daily, So many varieties of makeup are released for women all over the world. That and the freedom to express your creativity through your own unique way, is what sparked my passion for the industry. Growing up as a young adult, I wasn’t seeing all the potential I had due to bad influences around me. Making me feel as if I had to live up to their standards to be considered beautiful or even loved by others. But beauty lies in the eye of the beholder and nobody can tell you what’s beautiful nor ugly. My desire is for my own creativity to help others feel comfortable in their own natural beauty through my art. A lot of stylist refer to the field as work, but I see it differently as if it’s my peace. I like to take my time and enjoy bringing out the trait that so many desire and here at Ogle they give us the opportunity to do so !
