Hi there! I’m Fernanda, a 23-year-old Houston native with a passion for the cosmetology industry. Born and raised in this vibrant city, I’ve always been drawn to the artistry and creativity that comes with beauty and self-care.

My journey in customer service began in the bustling world of restaurants and retail. Through dedication and hard work, I steadily climbed the ranks, transitioning from frontline roles to more managerial positions. As an administrative assistant in the restaurant industry and later a retail manager, I honed my organizational skills and knack for problem-solving. 

Every day, I embrace the opportunity to learn and grow professionally. Whether it’s mastering new techniques in cosmetology or refining my leadership abilities, I thrive on continuous improvement.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me staying active, whether it’s hitting the gym to stay healthy or indulging in a bit of retail therapy. I believe in the importance of balance, both in my professional and personal life.
