Founded by a salon owner, a yoga studio owner, and a nurse anesthetist, Fourth Tri was built because too many women were navigating one of life's hardest transitions without real support. Under one roof, members enjoy prenatal and postpartum spa services — including massage and acupuncture — movement classes, expert-led workshops, private nap rooms, luxury showers, a café, and a warm community of moms in the same season of life. Fourth Tri is also committed to making postpartum care accessible to all families through nonprofit pathways and insurance advocacy. This isn't just a wellness space — it's personal.
