About me
My name is Gabriella Reynolds and my whole life I've been involved in the beauty industry. I'm a 3rd generation cosmetologist and makeup artist. I've done makeup for fashion shows, photo shoots, and weddings. Learning is my passion. Being well versed in everything beauty is my goal. I've taken color and cutting classes at Vain salon in West Seattle prior to attending school while I was working at the front desk. I'm 27 years old and trying to build a career for myself that I am truly passionate about. I am also a published musician, and I love fashion and unconventional aesthetics in the beauty world. Why I'm here
I'm here because as a half black, Nicaraguan and Scottish girl, I used to get made fun of all the time for how I looked, ESPECIALLY my hair. Being of a lighter skin tone I've always acknowledged the privilege and the prejudice that comes with being biracial. I want to give back to the community and make others that have textured hair feel beautiful, because it took me SO LONG to feel that way. That is my mission.
