Galilea Viramontes

My name is Galilea Viramontes I am 21 years old and I attend Paul Mitchell Sherman Oaks. I am interested in making a difference in my community and in the world. I want to be able to help my clients in many other ways then just hair. I want to focus on making women feel beautiful inside and out and flaunt what they have. I want to work with all hair types and textures. I want to do extensions, color, help people with hair loss, makeup and nails. My passion comes from my Mexican tradition. I was really confused on what I wanted to do with my future and being in a household where no one went to college and having two immigrant parents made it hard for me to find my path. When joining cosmetology I felt like an empowered woman. Being able to cut my family's hair, color their hair and making them look and feel beautiful fuels my soul. I only inspire to grow and get better at what I am doing.
