Georgia Cavin

Hiya! I am a cosmetology student with a passion for beauty and art with a love for people and what makes them beautiful. I grew up with an obsession for growing as an individual, developing authentic confidence and sharing my joy through the artistry of hair, makeup, and skin care.

Prior to the start of my cosmo journey, I spent countless years sitting as a client in the chair, asking questions about products and styling, being absolutely amazed at the stylists ability to create the design inside my mind. I wanted to know more and be more involved in what makes the beauty industry so beautiful. So I became friends with my home town stylist and we developed a cool trading system where I got to be her guinea pig as she processed how to achieve bright, silver white hair at a discounted cost -- I then would help her pick up last minute needed products for her clients and would design/draw her signage for her salons weekly/monthly promotions. through that experience I watched my own hair go through an incredible transformation -- from extremely dry and brittle hair to gorgeous, healthy flowing hair; even with all the rounds of bleaching/toning.

I was hooked from that point on, I wanted to know everything about hair and products, what makes the experience so wonderful and how to achieve salon quality beauty from my own home! Now as a student, I'm learning and challenging all my preconceptions of hair, nails, makeup, and skincare! The more I am able to educate myself, the more oportunities I am allowed to share that knowledge to others -- just like my hair stylist friend did for me -- in the hopes of spurring more people into this incredible carreer field and to be freely themselves, as creatively as they'd like to be!
