Allow me to share with you a little about myself! I am Gisselle Rivera-Roman, a current Cosmetology student at Aveda Institute Chapel Hill, excited to begin my long-dreamed journey.
I am passionate about using my skills and knowledge in the beauty industry to help individuals feel and see the best versions of themselves, bringing them joy through a simple change in hairstyle, nail design, hair color and more.
As a passionate student, I am eager to learn new skills and techniques everyday. I put my best effort into every project, paying close attention to detail and learning from each mistake along the way.

The beauty industry has always been an aspiration of mine. I love being behind the chair and working magic on all beauty features from hair to nails and makeup.
What made me truly fall in love with this industry is the impact my skills can have on an individual. We all love to see the best version of ourselves as we take a look in the mirror, and the beauty industry can gift anyone just that.
As I embark on this journey, I strive to not only build my skills but also bring joy to others through beauty. I want for every person who visits my chair to turn into the mirror and feel a sense of joy and confidence as they see a beautiful and enhanced version of themselves.
