About me
I’m Glorimar Colon Alfonso, a beauty professional with a strong foundation in cosmetology. I studied at the Academy of Career Training in Kissimmee, Florida and graduated in 2019, where I built my passion for hair, color theory, and individualized client care. After school, I worked as a salon assistant, gaining hands-on experience that shaped my work ethic and my understanding of real-world beauty services.
Today, I work for SalonCentric, where I’m constantly learning about new products, techniques, and industry trends. Being surrounded by professionals and cutting-edge brands keeps me motivated and sharp—it pushes me to stay educated and keep evolving. I’m currently preparing for my state board exam, and I plan to be fully licensed soon so I can return to the field I love with even more confidence and precision.
I take pride in being detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about enhancing natural beauty. My goal is to create an experience where every person in my chair feels understood, uplifted, and excited about their look. The beauty industry isn’t just a career for me—it’s my craft, my passion, and the space where I’m able to express who I truly am.

After stepping away for a while, I’m finally coming back to the career that lights me up inside — with more passion, more knowledge, and a whole new level of determination.
I joined Beautista because I want to grow, learn, and surround myself with others who love this industry as much as I do. I’m here to sharpen my skills, stay inspired, and push myself creatively every single day. Whether it’s color, cutting, styling, or just obsessing over new products, this is the world I belong in — and I’m excited to claim my space in it.
